The upstairs finished attic family room.

 The upstairs looking west.
The future bathroom will be centered by the window. La's bedroom will be in the new dormer in the location of the storage room. Our bedroom will be off the back in the northwest corner.

The future toilet will be in that alcove and the shower will be to the right.

The future commons room will be on the right and Le's bedroom on the left. 

Inside the storage room.
This dormer will be brought to full height and will be La's bedroom.

The current landing at the top is not up to code. The top several steps will wind toward the right to allow for a safe landing.

The top steps will wind to the right and the railing will move to the right wall.

This is between the side door and basement door. We get rainbows here in the morning light.

The  living room ceiling.
The stairs are on the other side of this wall. The corner of this ceiling will be sacrificed for the winding stairs.
